Recipes: Siu Mai with Scallops and Black Truffle
Chef Susur Lee invites us inside his establishment, Luckee Restaurant. Luckee’s Nouvelle Chinoise cuisine features classic dishes and dim sum from the culinary traditions of Guangzhou, Hunan, Shanghai and Szechuan regions, updated and enhanced by Chef Lee’s delectable signature. Here he teaches us how to create one of his favourite Dim Sum, Siu Mai. This dish contains chicken & shrimp dumplings topped with scallop and fresh black truffle. Enjoy!
