Toronto’s Winterlicious, now in its 12th year, goes from January 29th to Feburary 11th, 2016, and includes over 200 restaurants. It’s the perfect opportunity to try out some of the top places for fine dining in the city at a reasonable price. Restaurants are chosen based on good reviews from prominent guides.
